Service Description

Explore a variety of restorative and healing yoga practices designed to release stress and deepen relaxation, including meditation. Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a guided meditation that brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. This deeply restorative practice promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances inner awareness. A Sound Bath is a full-body meditative experience, where soothing sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs promote deep relaxation, stress relief and inner balance. Rest & Restore Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses props to encourage complete relaxation and surrender. Poses are held for extended periods to calm the nervous system and promote deep rest. These practices can be enjoyed on their own or combined.
