Service Description

This is a slow-paced and more meditative style of yoga, where you hold each pose for several minutes. The practice targets and stretches the deep connective tissue of your body to optimize joint health. This class is an excellent compliment to balance your active Yang activities. All level practitioners are welcome. This THURSDAY class is TEMPORARILY not on schedule!
