Virtual Yin/Yang Yoga Group Class

We blend two styles of yoga - the active Yang and the more passive Yin

Service Description

In this class we start with mindfully moving through a sequence of postures to warm up the whole body, and connect with breath. We then slow down, to settle deeper into postures and calm our minds through breath work. All level Yogis can participate. This WEDNESDAY class is TEMPORARILY not on schedule!
