Service Description

This class includes gentle postures to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance, while focusing on breath awareness and relaxation to prepare you for childbirth and motherhood. Many of the poses can help you reduce back pain that is very common during pregnancy. In addition, you will connect with your growing baby, and practice mental centering to obtain emotional wellbeing. This class is TEMPORARILY not on schedule! If you are interested please email
