Service Description

A mindful slower paced sequencing of postures, designed to align body, mind and spirit, and consequently creating a healthy and balanced nervous system. The class focuses on correct alignment and conscious breathing. This practice is recommended for beginners and people who prefer a slower paced class. Offered SATURDAYS 9:00 am PDT
